Frequently asked questions

Will the result look exactly like Microsoft Office?

Basic text, tables and embedded images are supported. Headers, footers, columns, floating objects and exact page layout are not preserved. The PDF contains rendered page images, so text is not selectable.

Can I use older DOC, XLS or PPT files?

No. Open the original in an Office-compatible application and save it as DOCX before using this tool.

Are my Office files uploaded?

No. Parsing and PDF generation happen in your browser. External document links, macros and scripts are not executed.
