How to rearrange PDF pages
Page order often changes after scanning or combining documents. PDFDesk provides a visual page preview with drag handles and arrow controls for desktop and mobile use.
Open Reorder PDF Pages →Load and review every page
Choose the PDF and wait for thumbnails to finish. Check page numbers, orientation and duplicates before moving anything.
Large documents may take longer because previews and page operations run in browser memory.
Move pages with controls that suit your device
Drag a page handle into position. On a touch screen, hold the handle before moving it. Arrow buttons provide a precise alternative when dragging is difficult.
The visual preview order becomes the order of the downloaded PDF.
Use the right related tool
Reorder Pages changes sequence. Use Remove Pages to leave pages out, Rotate PDF to turn selected pages, or Extract Pages to create a new PDF from a selection.
Merge PDF is better when pages come from several separate source files.
Check the new copy
Open the result and verify page numbers, section boundaries and orientation. A new PDF can affect existing signatures or document-level features, so keep the original.
